A short visit to Atherington found the sea very quiet with just a couple of Mergansers offshore, the best bird of the morning being a cronking Raven flying east. c70 Linnet chattering away around the setaside also 2 Jay, 2 Buzzard, 2 Green Woodpecker, 2 Great-spotted Woodpecker, 4 Greenfinch and 4 Goldcrest in the area.
