Also today 1 Firecrest also in long wood, 2 Stonechat, 1 Whinchat, 4 Siskin, 46 Blackcap, 32 Chiffchaff, 1 Whitethroat, 1 Kingfisher, 2 Sparrowhawk, 2 Buzzard, 3 Grey Heron, 2 Jay and 3 Curlew.

Sightings for Sat 5th Oct - Late afternoon visit to Climping produced singles of Redstart, Whitethroat, Little Owl, Reed Warbler, and Wheatear, 3 Yellow Wagtail and several of both Chiffchaff and Blackcap.

50 Teal, 3 Wigeon, 2 Gadwall, 1 Great-crested Grebe, 1 Little Grebe, 1 Cetti's Warbler heard only, 26 Chiffchaff, 15 Blackcap, 1 Whitethroat, 1 Bullfinch c200 Linnet, c75 Pied Wagtail, 4 Buzzard, 1 Sparrowhawk,  4 Yellowhammer, 2 Jay, and c200 Black-headed Gull.
