The Climping Gap remains one of the last undeveloped sites along the coast in West Sussex. This site is dedicated to Birds seen in and around the Climping Gap area by myself and a few die hard friends, that live in the area and have been birding the local patch for decades. 40+ Gannets milling about offshore this morning 2E Sandwich Tern and 4w Shelduck concluded the seawatch. In the setaside 4 Grey Partridge with 1 Red Legged/Chukar, 1 Lapwing, 4 Mediterranean Gull, and 1 Buzzard. At Baliffscourt 2 Redstart, and 1 Spotted Fly, and supporting cast included 14 Chiffchaff, 1 Yellow Wagtail, 1 Jay 2 Blackcap, 14 Wheatear, 1 Grey and 1 Yellow Wagtail, and at least 2 Peregrine in the area.
