A good walk around the farm this morning, with a good variety of species although nothing special.

Onto Climping Beach early afternoon with the tide half way out, a few bits and bobs along the shoreline and on the calm sea.

Climping Beach from 08:15 produced good numbers of Gannets and Common Scoters feeding offshore and Lapwing and  Curlew in the fields before the Crow scares flushed everything away.

Received  a report of 2 Long-tailed Duck flying east past Poole Place at 14:53 (OM)

Happy new year to all, first visit out for me this year, nothing of any note but good numbers of wildfowl on the big pool.

Onto Climping beach from 13:30 were there was hundreds if not thousands of Gulls, Gannets feeding distantly offshore with loads of distant Auks sp moving mainly east.
