A walk around Marsh Farm mid morning found a good numbers of Gulls on the newly created scrape, access off Ford Lane opposite Peregrine House, and follow the footpath north. Looks very promising at the early stages, not quite sure what the developers have in mind but with fresh water pools being a premium in West Sussex, might be worth a look if your passing.
