An early start today, walking from home and covering the whole Elmer Rocks LWS to Poole Place and back. There wasn’t much in the way of sea passage, with 5 Greylag Geese and a Whimbrel being the highlights, plus a few Sandwich Terns and a lone Brent Goose, but 3 newly arrived Wheatears around the rock islands and a Swallow in confirmed some migration.
