The Climping Gap remains one of the last undeveloped sites along the coast in West Sussex.
This site is dedicated to Birds seen in and around the Climping Gap area
by myself and a few die hard friends, that live in the area and have been birding the local patch for decades.

Bird Title
21 June, 2016
Predictably quiet around the golf course and west beach this morning, evidence of breeding success with several Whitethroat, Reed Warbler, Mute Swan, Mallard, Long-tailed Tit, Blue Tit Starling and Blackbird to name a few. Cetti's Warbler, Blackcap and Chiffchaff still calling, five Sand Martin flying west was the only highlight.
