Kingfisher golf course |
The Climping Gap remains one of the last undeveloped sites along the coast in West Sussex. This site is dedicated to Birds seen in and around the Climping Gap area by myself and a few die hard friends, that live in the area and have been birding the local patch for decades. (Please email your sighting's to lobas@btinternet.com or Tweet to @BirdsofClimping).

At least 7 Little Gull on and around the golf course this morning, probably a few more in the area. 47 Grey Plover roosting in the fields west of the course, also 1 Kingfisher, 1w Med Gull and 3w Red-breasted Merganser. With the golf course currently closed the course is turning into a roost so hopefully something else will drop in soon. Visitors are reminded that there is no public access to the course, access from the footpath that runs behind which is very muddy.
