The Climping Gap remains one of the last undeveloped sites along the coast in West Sussex. This site is dedicated to Birds seen in and around the Climping Gap area by myself and a few die hard friends, that live in the area and have been birding the local patch for decades. A cold grey morning ensured it was going to be a brief visit to the patch although it still produced the large flock of Brent Geese c500 still present in the fields and a Slavonian Grebe floating east from Climping car park. Also offshore 6 Great-crested Grebe, 4w Teal, 49w Sanderling, 1e Dunlin, 2 Grey Plover, 2 Stonechat bread lane and a Peregrine on the gas tower.
