The Climping Gap remains one of the last undeveloped sites along the coast in West Sussex. This site is dedicated to Birds seen in and around the Climping Gap area by myself and a few die hard friends, that live in the area and have been birding the local patch for decades. A glorious day out and about today but very quiet offshore, but the patch still produced 2 Firecrest Longwood and Atherington Pools, singles of Chiffchaff, Treecreeper, Reed Bunting and Goldcrest, 2-3 Buzzard, at least 9 Little Gull, 24 Grey Plover, c40 Sanderling, 7 Med Gull and the 1cy Kumlien's Gull still present at the River mouth.
