The Climping Gap remains one of the last undeveloped sites along the coast in West Sussex. This site is dedicated to Birds seen in and around the Climping Gap area by myself and a few die hard friends, that live in the area and have been birding the local patch for decades. Kumlien's Gull showing well in its favourite late afternoon spot, on the breakwater at the mouth of the Arun.Two adult Little Gulls also there and two Med Gulls. Earlier from 08.00 - 09.30 2nd winter Glaucous Gull close to coastguard shelter, and a Kittiwake seen roosting on the golf course.
