The Climping Gap remains one of the last undeveloped sites along the coast in West Sussex. This site is dedicated to Birds seen in and around the Climping Gap area by myself and a few die hard friends, that live in the area and have been birding the local patch for decades. Combined totals for today before the rain set in include, no Ouzels but plenty of Blackbirds and some Song Thrushes, 20 Chiffchaff, 3 Blackcap, and singles of Kingfisher, Tawny Owl, Treecreeper, Stonechat, Wheatear, Little Owl and 3 Swallows. The patch seems to playing games with us at the moment, must be something good in the offing?
