Spent a couple of hours around Marsh farm this afternoon, the big pool held 40 Wigeon, 18 Teal, 10 Gadwall, also 2 Little Grebe, 1 Kingfisher, and 1 Water Rail. In the bushes 1 male Bullfinch, 12 Yellowhammer. In the fields a flock of 30 Skylark, 20 Fieldfare 1 Grey Heron and a Sparrowhawk.

An hour seawatching from 1400 produced 1w Brent Goose, 1w Great-crested Grebe, 2w 1e adult Mediterranean Gull, and 11 Red-breasted Mergansers offshore, also 40 Grey Plover, 20 Sanderling and a Rock Pipit along the tideline.
