The Climping Gap remains one of the last undeveloped sites along the coast in West Sussex. This site is dedicated to Birds seen in and around the Climping Gap area by myself and a few die hard friends, that live in the area and have been birding the local patch for decades. 2 Black Throated Diver on the sea at climping beach this morning, along with several of both Red B Mergansers and Great C Grebe. 1 Bar T Godwit, 4 Lapwing in cudlow field, along with 22 Curlew. 25 Grey Plover in field south of long wood, and 1 Dunlin on the beach. Elsewhere 1 Firecrest at Atherington, 2 Buzzard Baliffscourt and 1 Jay.
