I started this morning on my local reservoir (just 2 Common Sands etc) then went to Elmer Rocks at the Poole Place end.
The usual local waders and gull flocks. Not much else.

Eventually I got a few species on the Climping patch as follows:
A Raven flew into trees in the Elmer set-aside corner, before eventually flying off east and over past Poole Place. photo.

Med Gulls - at least 200 on the rocks and amongst big gull flocks - most eventually drifted eastwards.

Swallow - 50+ drifted east, no serious count

Whinchat - 2 were in the arable field beside the concrete road farm track (actually Grevatt's Lane) amongst an area of sunflowers. (OM)
