The Climping Gap remains one of the last undeveloped sites along the coast in West Sussex. This site is dedicated to Birds seen in and around the Climping Gap area by myself and a few die hard friends, that live in the area and have been birding the local patch for decades. A brisk east north east breeze, produced an unproductive visit to the patch this morning. Small numbers of both Pied Wagtail, Meadow Pipits and Linnets along the beach, along with 37 Mediterranean Gull. Small number of waders present amongst the dog walkers included a single Dunlin, 12 Sanderling and 7 Grey Plover, 2 Redwing in the hotel ground was the best of the rest.
