Quiet yet again offshore in a brisk NNE breeze, with a Great-northern Diver the best of the rest. 2 or 3 Redstart seen, at Atherington Pools,  Mill house road, and the south side of Longwood. An early Whitethroat on the golf course was found by RP, and 4 Red Kite drifted over. Combined totals below.

Good coverage this morning with several pairs of eyes around. An Avocet first seen at Elmer beach by (OM) at 08:30 alerted locals further east and all were able to connect. A White Wagtail in setaside late morning.

An afternoon visit to Medmerry for the Least Sandpiper.

A glorious sunny morning with a brisk north east wind keeping movement to a minimum, the undoubted highlight being a male Redstart in the hedgerow west of bread lane from the old camp site.
