A quick look around Marsh Farm this morning flushed a Woodcock from the main path, c100 Gadwall on the Big Pool along with Great-crested Grebe, Pochards, Tufted Ducks, Shelduck, Wigeons, Mallards, Mute Swans, Cormorants and a Grey Heron. A single Cetti's Warbler heard, also 2 Bullfinch, 4 Goldcrest, Chiffchaff, and at least 80 Redwing.

Very quiet in the patch again this morning with  a Firecrest first wood, Redwing bailiffscourt, 34 Brent Geese on the sea Climping beach and 55 Grey Plover in the field west of the Mill.Good numbers of Skylark still in the fields with several each of Meadow Pipit and Pied Wagtail.

A Kingfisher and Common Sandpiper around the Marina, Cetti' Warbler, small numbers of Swallow and a Water Vole around the golf course. On the beach singles of Knot, Sanderling, 15 Ringed Plover and several Turnstone, with good numbers of Med Gull. 6 Song Thrush bread lane, a single Wheatear and small flocks of Meadow Pipit and Linnet.
