The first returning Wheatear was on the golf course this morning,  dismal returns elsewhere with just two Common Sandpiper on the river by the Tesco roundabout, 17 Med Gull Climping Beach. 17 Whitethroat around the bushes with small numbers each of Willow Warbler, Blackcap and Reed Warbler.

A walk up River on the east side to the Ship & Anchor Pub at Ford, produced a Little Ringed Ringed Plover on the corner by the Prison and at least 10 Common Sandpiper.
