The Climping Gap remains one of the last undeveloped sites along the coast in West Sussex. This site is dedicated to Birds seen in and around the Climping Gap area by myself and a few die hard friends, that live in the area and have been birding the local patch for decades. Bright to start but then mist and low cloud came in so not much movement along the coast noted. At 10.45 on way back over footbridge every single gull on the beach and up the river took to the air. Hundreds of birds; suggests to me that there must have been a raptor around but could not see one.
