Another horrible wet grey morning at Climping, with the Brent Geese flock totalling c.350 probably more but constantly on the  move due to the persistent crow scares, with 33 Curlew in the field east of bread lane. Hundreds of Herring Gull moving east, along the beach with c.75 Med Gull 15 Sanderling. A single juv Kittiwake flew east close inshore  and a Auk sp. flew west. Also small numbers of Gannet, Great-crested Grebe and Red-breasted Merganser offshore. In the fields a total of 17 Grey Partridge c.60 Skylark, 22 Pied Wagtail, and 12 Meadow Pipit in the fields west of the car park.
