The Climping Gap remains one of the last undeveloped sites along the coast in West Sussex. This site is dedicated to Birds seen in and around the Climping Gap area by myself and a few die hard friends, that live in the area and have been birding the local patch for decades. Around Marsh Farm this morning in murky mild conditions with no wildfowl on the pools whatsoever, although plenty of thrushes still present with c.100 Fieldfare and 20 Redwing. In and around the bushes with 5 Chiffchaff, 2 Goldcrest, 2 Grey Wagtail, 5 Bullfinch, 5 Yellowhammer and 2 Jay. 2 Lapwing, singles of Buzzard, Kestrel and Great and Green Woodpecker.
