The Climping Gap remains one of the last undeveloped sites along the coast in West Sussex.
This site is dedicated to Birds seen in and around the Climping Gap area by myself and a few die hard friends, that live in the area and have been birding the local patch for decades.

A short visit to West Beach found it very quiet offshore, although good numbers of Waders roosting on the beach. Grey Plover - c.100 Dunlin - 30 Ringed Plover - 10 Sanderling - c.120 Turnstone - c.150 Gannet - 2w Brent Geese - 3w Sparrowhawk - 1
